Terms and Conditions: I attached the below. Please note that i am currently working on the email for membership cancellation. Where do the terms and conditions go anyway? On the kiosk when the customer buys a membership or does it get texted to them?
1. Membership Perks
Daily Washes: One (1) premium wash per day for the vehicle registered to your active membership.
Exclusive Savings: Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or special offers.
2. Billing & Payments
Automatic Renewal: Your membership automatically renews each month until canceled. Your credit or debit card will be charged monthly on the same day you signed up, including applicable taxes.
Failed Payments: If payment is declined, Keep It Shining may suspend service until payment is resolved.
Pricing Changes: Keep It Shining may update pricing, membership structure, or billing terms with at least 15 days’ notice via email or posted at the location.
Refunds & Chargebacks: No partial refunds for unused days. Chargebacks for services used are prohibited.
3. Canceling Your Membership
Cancel Anytime: Cancel without fees via Keepitshining.net or by contacting keepitshiningpennsville@gmail. com
No Refunds for Current Cycle: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Vehicle Eligibility & Transfers
One Car, One Membership: Benefits apply only to the registered vehicle.
Transfers: Membership can be transferred to another vehicle owned by the same household upon request. Proof of address may be required.
Commercial Vehicles: Personal use only. Rideshare, taxi, fleet, or delivery vehicles require a commercial plan. Keep It Shining reserves the right to reclassify based on observed use.
5. Service Availability
Temporary Closures: Service may be unavailable due to weather, maintenance, holidays, or system upgrades. No refunds will be issued for such closures.
Force Majeure: Keep It Shining is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, utility outages).
6. Liability & Vehicle Condition
Damage Disclaimer: Keep It Shining is not responsible for damage to:
Pre-existing conditions, rust, or worn parts
Loose or aftermarket accessories, non-factory modifications
Antennas, mirrors, windshield wipers, bug shields, or other protruding parts
Vehicles older than 7 years or with non-standard equipment
Paint damage or issues caused by prior wear or environmental exposure
Right to Refuse Service: Keep It Shining may refuse service to any vehicle deemed unsafe or likely to cause damage to wash equipment.
Damage Reporting: Any claims must be made before leaving the premises. Vehicles may be photographed/video recorded for security and damage verification.
7. Membership Misuse
Keep It Shining reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for fraud, abuse, or policy violations without refund.
8. Privacy
Your Privacy Matters: Keep It Shining does not sell or share your personal information. Data is used solely for membership and service purposes.
9. Legal
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Somerset County, NJ, unless prohibited by law.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the member and Keep It Shining.
10. Acknowledgment
By enrolling in the Keep It Shining Monthly Wash Club, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
